I always like to ask why. Instead of jumping to devise an idea,
I like to first know if the problem exists and what is the truth behind.
I believe that the power of design in technology is to build a communication bridge between human beings and machines. As a user experience designer, I aim to dig out how the user is behaving, what the user is thinking, and what the user needs.
I also believe in the importance of better understanding the user’s mental model and better designing an interface to fit what the users expects...and beyond!
