Improving User Experience in TikTok LIVE Multi-guest

This project aimed to optimize user experience for TikTok LIVE audio and video communication scenarios. As the lead designer, I initiated governance on experience issues, collaborated with the product management and engineering teams to secure resources. The new solutions implemented have increased Viewer penetration by an average of 2.45% and Watch times by an average of 5.01%
